Ken works closely with the business development, capture, transition, and operational teams to lead, develop, and deliver high-quality services and competitive proposals within the Army sector. Simultaneously, he leads and manages all delivery of service to all on-going contracts within the scope of his business unit.

I enjoy working with this talented team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality services possible. That quality is only possible because of input from teammates who are passionate about taking care of the customer as well as one another.
WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE JOINING HORIZON STRATEGIES?
I served in the U.S. Army for 31 years with four combat tours and two operational deployments. In my last few years in the military, I served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to The Adjutant General of the Army, the Commander of the Physical Disability Agency, the Executive Director of the Military Postal Service Agency, and G1 Sergeant Major for Army Materiel Command (AMC). After retiring from the Army, I worked as the Human Resource Operations Manager for AMC providing oversight for HR services and programs across the globally dispersed command.
