Advisors on this program deliver the mandatory, full-day VA Benefits and Services briefings to 100% of eligible transitioning service members and, on a space available basis, to dependents, caregivers, survivors, and veterans. The scope of services includes in-person, one-on-one and classroom briefings and on-going briefer training and evaluation. All VA TAP-supported events have a common goal: to ensure service members are informed on, and connected to, the VA benefits that apply to their specific situation.
