Fort Knox, KY (July 18, 2023) Horizon Strategies bids farewell to an outstanding team member, Will Boykin, as he embarks on a new professional journey. Will has been an instrumental Program Manager for the Claims and Benefits Processing (CBP) contract, consistently delivering exceptional results and driving success within the organization.
Under Will’s leadership and guidance since Horizon Strategies’ award as the Prime contractor in May 2019, the CBP team consistently exceeded government expectations while achieving exceptional Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) ratings. Further, Will played a pivotal role in steering his team through the unprecedented circumstances brought about by the global pandemic. With unwavering commitment and determination, he ensured the continuity and successful processing of critical administrative actions for Soldiers and their Families to include life insurance, disability, and awards claims.
